50 Box jump (24/20)
50 Jumping pullups
50 KB swings (35/26)
50 Walking lunges
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press (45/33)
50 Hip extension
50 Wallballs
50 Burpeees
50 Double unders
*if you run into a back up then go on to the next station and go back to it. You must end with wallballs,burpees, then double unders
