Against a 30 min clock:
Perform 5 sets of the following
5 Bench press (heavy as possible)
5 Deadlifts (heavy as possible)
20/15 Cal assault bike SPRINT!
Rest 3-4ish min between sets
score is total # of pounds lifted. If bike is done under 30 seconds you get 10# added to your score. Goal is to lift as must as possible but also move quickly between movements. If you take too long you will not get all of the work done in 30 min
