1 Rounds of dumbbell “DT” 12 Deadlifts 9 hang power cleans 6 Push jerks (65/45)
*Partner A rows 30/20. When they finish go on to DT, while B starts to row. When A finishes they move on to rest while B goes on to DT and C rows. Continute until you all finish 5 rounds each. Goal is to catch the person in front of you while rowing and not get caught while doing DT
