20/15 Calorie row and 20 burpees over DB each
80 Alt arm DB snatch (70/50)
20/15 Calorie row and 20 burpees over DB each
60 Alt arm DB snatch (70/50)
20/15 Calorie row and 20 burpees over DB each
40 Alt arm DB snatch (70/50)
20/15 Calorie row and 20 burpees over DB eah

20/15 Calorie row and 20 burpees over DB each
*Split DB snatch however you want. One partner does their row while the other does their burpees. Once you’re both done, switch.
