Against a 30 min clock complete as man calories as possible
A. 25/20 Calories
B. 7 DB hang power cleans 6 DB front squats 5 DB shoulder to overhead (70/50)
*Partner A works on calories, B completes the complex and C rests. Goal is to complete the calories before the person in front of you completes the DB complex.
