10 KB windmill (5L/5R) (heaviest possible)
Max effort strict toes to bar
Split jerk:
Establish a 2rm
Alternating min for 12 min:
1 min 15 KB swings (70/53)
1 min 20 Wallball shots (20/14)

Ask coach: For the metcon, the goal is to finish the set reps in each min. If you know that those numbers will not happen, scale down to a number that will be challenging but still doable
