No big deal. Its only his rest day

30 Clean and jerk (135/95)
Run 1 mile
10 Rope climbs
Run 1 mile
100 burpees
*45 min time limit

A little reminder on the Saturday schedule. Regular class is at 8 and 9am. Free class is at 10am and we moved comp class to 11 am. Open is from 10-12 as well. 

Well it looks like this is my new training plan. Batmans training routine revealed!
