Work on hang squat snatch technique for 15 min. If technique feel solid build up to a 1RM
3 rounds for total reps:
1 min max reps burpee box jumps (24/20)
1 min max reps chest to bar pullups
1 min max reps hang squat snatch (95/65)
1 min rest

Reminder that we have yobility tomorrow at 10:30 along with lifting class
