24 Air squats
12 Single arm thrusters (50/35)
6 Single arm devils press (50/35)

8 Burpees over DB
8 DB snatch (50/35)
*Barbell only = Thruster (75/55) 6 burpee over bar. 8 Power snatch (75/55)
*DB only = as written
*KB only = as written but with KB
*NO EQUIPMENT = 12 jumping lunges 6 buprees over object
