Not a typo. We are gonna try to do heavy front and back squats on the same day. The majority of the volume and weight will be with the back squats. try to go straight from your 80% back squat to your 60% front squats without doing a bunch of warm up sets between. You should be warmed up enough from the back squats. Come to class, get your gear on and be ready to go. Its a lot of squats to get through!
