Every 30 sec for 6 min:
30 sec 3-5 strict pullups
30 sec 1-5 strict dips
5×5 Push press (work up to a 5RM)
*In between sets perform 3 100m front rack carries
4 rounds for total reps:
1 min: Double KB lunge (farmers carry style) (53/35)
1 min: Double KB shoulder to overhead (53/35)
1 min: Toes to bar
1 min rest
