This Sunday the 7th we will be starting Sarahs Personalized Paleo Program. It will go for 7 weeks with one meeting a week on Sundays at 11. Each session will start with 30 min of yoga from Naomi and followed with 60 min of workshop. Please contact Joe or myself if you are interested!
