Tomorrow is our first yobility(yoga/mobility) class with Naomi. If you can make it you should check it out, Naomi is great! Its going to be at 11:45 after the 10:30 class. Right now we are offering it Wednesday and Fridays. It is for all levels so dont worry if you have never done yoga before
