Tomorrow (Monday) is out first day of regular classes.F or those of you are familiar with my postings then you can ignore this. For those of you who are new to this site, there is a lot of information you will find on this page every day. Every night I will post the WOD for the next day, along with that I like to post articles and videos that relate to health/crossfit/nutrition/fitness.  Its also a good place to look for updates on upcoming events going on at the gym!

I haven gotten many questions on the programming of Crossfit Danville. I will continue to do the programming as I usually do, we will begin the strength cycle tomorrow like you guys are used to. Once this cycle is over we will start some new exercises to cycle. We will squat twice a week, heavy push once a week, and heavy pull once a week. Other than that I will do everything exactly the same as I have before.
