Work up to a heavy single
then 3x(1@90 1@95%)

3 rounds for total reps:
1 min max reps Toes to bar
1 min max reps Hang power clean (155/105)
1 min max reps Goblet squats (53/35)
1 min rest

Ask coach: For the squats, work up to something heavy for a single. Then drop down do a single at 90 and 95% of that. Repeat for 3 total sets of each
