40 KB swings (53/35)
60 Partner Wallball shots (20/14)
*While 2 partners are working on the AMRAP the 3rd partner, performs a 400m med ball run. Upon return from the run that partner jumps in on the AMRAP and another partner goes out to run.

Here are the results from Moxie Madness this weekend. Great job to everyone who competed this weekend. Joe and I are very proud of everyone. We may have not won the comp but CFD did, as usual, win for best and loudest cheering section.
