*Pick a heavy weight and use that for all 20. 225/155 would be realllly good
*If using DBs do 2 hang power cleans

*Barbell only = 10 push press 10 hang power clean 10 burpees
*DB only = 10 push press 10 stick jumps 10 hang db snatch
*KB only = 10 single arm push press 10 stick jump 10 kb swing
*NO EQUIPMENT = 10 hand release pushups 10 stick jump 10 jumping air squats
