15/10 Cal row or 12/8 cal bike (each) *200m run if no machine
15 ground to overhead (75/55)
Max reps synchro burpees
*you and your partner do calories/run/ground to overhead at same time. Whatever time is left in 3 min do max burpees

*DB only = 15 alt arm DB snatch
*KB only = 15 KB sumo high pull
*NO EQUIPMENT = 200m run 15 hand release pushups max burpees
