In teams of 2:
AMRAP 12 min:
5 Burpee toes to bar
5 Box jumps (30/24)
5 Hang power cleans (155/105)

Ask coach: Work up to a heavy snatch for 2 with good technique. For the partner wod Partner A does 5 burpee toes to bar then B does 5. A does 5 box jumps B does 5 box jumps, A does 5 hang power cleans B does 5 hang power clean. Thats 1 round.

Hoodie update. Soooo some of you have asked if we could do a pull over instead of a zip up. Turns out we can, so let us know if you want a zip up or a pull over. Also some people were confused but the CrossFit Danville is on the BACK of the sweatshirt.
