For time AND perfect pushups:
*Everytime you break the pushup position or rest at the top for more than 2 seconds you must complete a 5/10/15 yd shuttle run
Ask coach: For the pushups you may break them up any way you want. I would try to stick to a number that you know you can hit consistently.
