Movement prep: You may laugh but this is what some of you look like when you do pushups
Front squat

For time AND perfect pushups:
150 Pushups
*Everytime you break the pushup position or rest at the top for more than 2 seconds you must complete a 5/10/15 yd shuttle run
Ask coach: For the pushups you may break them up any way you want. I would try to stick to a number that you know you can hit consistently.
