Ask coach: YOU MAY ONLY DO THE CLEAN OPTION IF YOU ARE USING THE RX WEIGHT. Cleans can be power or full squat. For the DB snatch you must snatch 2000 total pounds. So the weight of the DB determines how many reps you do. So for guys if you use 20#s you have to do 100 snatches, if you do 65#s you do 30. I know math is hard, I will put up a cheat sheet on the whiteboard…..
