Run 1 mile
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Air squats
Run 1 mile
*Break up the pullups pushups and squats however you want. 20×5 pullups 10 pushups and 15 air squats is the most popular. 10 rounds of 10/20/30 sounds nice but dont do it. If you are feeling tough slap on a vest and or try doing all 100 200 300 in a row. Half Murph is available

I would say we don’t really apply to this business model. Why we sign up for gym memberships but never go to the gym.
