In teams of 2:
AMRAP 31 min:
6 Alternating rounds of:
10 Burpee box jumps (20″)
31 Double unders
6 alternating rounds of:
10 Handstand pushups
31 Wallballs (20/14)
29 Muscle ups or 58 Chest to bar pullups
*Partner a does 10 burpee bj and 31 du, then B does 10 burpee bj and 31 du. Thats 2 rounds. Complete for 6 total rounds. Then the same for HSPU and wallballs. When you get to muscle ups or chest to bars you can split them up as you wish
