Starting next, Aug 6th, we will no longer be offering 10:30 class on Thursdays only. In its place we are going to offer an “endurance” class at 8:30am. The goal of this class will be to improve cardio vascular endurance, so it will be a little different than our typical daily class. There will be running but a majority of the class will focus on other types of mono-structual activities like rowing, ski erg, and bike with some burpees and double unders thrown in there. An example for what a workout might look like is 10x500m row with a 1:1 rest. Or every 3  min for 30 min perform a max effort 20 calories on the assualt bike. If you have any questions on this please let us know!
