3-6 min:
25 Burpee box jumps
6-9 min:
75 KB swings (53/35)
*This is basically an EMOM but 3 min instead of 1 min. Your 1 goal of this workout is to get the calories in the first 3 min then survive the rest. These are all very manageable reps, its just how much your able to push through the suckyness
