5 Handstand pushup
*Alternate with your partner every 5 reps. Goal is 100+. Add deficit if possible

EMOM 30 min:
1 min: 20 KB swings (53/35)
1 min: Sprint 100m
1 min: 20 Thrusters (45/33)
1 min: 2 Rope climbs
1 min: 20 Jumping lunges
1 min: 10 Box jump overs (30/24)
*If you do the first 2 rounds and have more than 30 seconds left of rest on the rope/lunges/ox jumps then add reps
