Cal row/bike/ski
Wallballs (20/14)
First round do 5/5/5, second round 10/10/10…continue to add 5 reps to each exercise as high as possible for 30 min

General fitness

AMRAP 10min:
30 situps
rest 1 min
AMRAP 30 min:
Run 200m
20 Wallballs
20 Burpees

Starting this week we will be offering endurance class Tuesdays and Thursday at 8:30am and 6:30pm. Tuesdays 6:30pm will no longer be the regular CrossFit WOD, it will be endurance class
