Ask coach: For the 3 position clean, build up to a max. It should be over 85% of you 1RM clean considering everyone did that last week. Part 2 subtract total number of SUCCESFUL double unders in seconds from your end time, no single unders allowed today. If you do 60 double unders and finish the WOD in 8:37 then you get to subtract……60 seconds so you end up with……..7:37. Math
