The next cycle starts today, its going to be 12 weeks so its a little longer than what we have done in the past. Im changing stuff up a little bit but for the most part everything will remain the same. We will squat twice a week, clean and jerk and snatch once a week. Im adding in a little more overhead work and some more BW strength/skill emphasis.
