Friday 1/8/15

Push press
5-4-3-2-1 (add with each set)
*In between sets complet a set of 5 supine ring rows (3 seconds up, 3 second hold, 3 seconds down)
In teams of 2:
AMRAP 16 min:
Alternating full rounds
10 Shoulder to overhead (115/75)
10 Box jumps (24/20)
10 KB swings (53/35)
*While your partner is working on their round you must complete 10 wallballs

This is what happens when you try CrossFit for two months

Bouncing off the walls, making wallballs sucks less. If you take away anything from this let it be #6. Yes this is about you
