10 rounds for time:
10 Parallette facing burpees
20/15 cal row and bike and 200m run
40 double unders
*must do at least 2 rounds of rowing, 2 of biking,  2 of running and 1 of sking. The other 3 you can do what ever you want
**RX+ use weighted jump rope
***40 min limit
