In teams of 3:
10 rounds of max reps dumbbell snatches
Partner A completes 15/10 Cal assault bike or ski
Partner B completes max reps DB snatch (heaviest possible)
Partner C rests
Score is how many snatches you individually complete. So you are competing against the other people on your team. Your goal is to complete the most snatches and go hard on your calories to give you’re partner the least amount of time to snatch possible. Bike goes to DB, Db goes to rest, rest goes to bike=1 round
