EMOM 16 min:
1 min: Max reps strict handstand pushups or wall climbs or weighted pushups
1 min: rest

EMOM 20 min:
1 min: Cardio of choice
1 min: Jump of choice 45 seconds
*Here are your cardio options. If you have a cardio thing, use it. Pick something you can get done in 50 seconds. Here are the RX #s if you have a machine or can run. Pick a # of double unders you can get done in less than 45 seconds. 70 would be very tough. If you don’t have a jump rope then do 45 seconds of tuck jumps
Run 200m
Row 20/15 cals
Bike 15/10
Burpees 15.

Don’t forget to sign on and do the zoom class at 10am and 4:30pm everyday. 2 days in and its going great! Virtually sweat with all your friends and get yelled at by me!

This has some PG13 language but applies to our current situation in the world
