2 Deadlifts
2 Hang power cleans
2 Front squats
2 Shoulder to overhead
* Movements must be completed without putting the bar down

Against an 8 min clock:
Run 400m
Max reps overhead squat (115/75)
Run 400m
*every second that you are over 8 min is -1 rep from your overhead squats.
