Establish a 5RM thruster
7 rounds for total time:
7 Burpees
Sprint 50m
7 KB swings (70/53)
Sprint 50m
Rest 1 min
*Goal is to finish each round under 1 min. Place your KB at the 50m mark so your first sprint puts you at the 50m mark and your second sprint puts you back in the gym to check the clock.
