We are going to try and run heats of 8 this weekend for 13.1. Don G. was gracious enough to set up a google doc so you guys can sign up for what heat you want online. All you have to do is click the link and write your name in a cell.

We are going to need help judging  on Saturday and Sunday. Please let us know if you are interested in helping. If we dont get anybody to help then we will have to run heats of only 2 people. We have 60 people signed up for the open……..17 min workout…..you do the math

A reminder that this Saturday at 1:30 Sarah is hosting her cooking class. There is still 5 spots left if you wish to do it. YOu will learn to make some awesome dishes and Im sure there will be some AWESOME snacks along the way. The cost is $50, please get the money to me ASAP is you with do participate
