Front squat
EMOM 10 min:
3 front squat or back squat or belt squat
*If using DBs do 10 reps per minute
Every 5 min x 5 rounds
20/15 Calorie bike 25/20 Calorie row (200m run if no cardio)
10 Burpee box jump (24/20)
5 Ground to overhead (185/135)
*Barnell only = a written
*DB only = as written w/DBs
*KB only = 18 KB swings instead of 18 taters
*NO EQUIPMENT = 21 Tuck jumps 15 burpee over object 9 hand release pushups

Every 5 min x 8 rounds
Run 400m
10 Burpee over bar
100 Double unders
*4 min time cap per round
