4 Hang power clean
*Use the heaviest weight possible to complete the complete the complex. Use a bar if you have one. If not use DBs and up the reps to 6/5/4 or if you have a KB try to do 15 KB swings every min
AMRAP 20 min:
30 Double unders
8 Box jumps
*Every 2 min, including 0:00 complete 3 cleans of any kind with a heavy weight. Power clean/Squat clean(225/155)/ DB power clean70/50)/Sandbag clean(150/100)/ KB clean. Its ups to you. If you only have light weight then up the reps to 10
NO EQUIPMENT=30 Lateral jumps over object/8 stick jumps. Every 2 min complete 5 of the following complex Jump lunge L/jump lunge R/Jumping air squat
Hurdler stretch 1 min each side
Calf stretch 1 min each side
Paleo chair 2 min
