3 rounds for time:
Run 800m or Row 1000m or 50/40 Cal bike
30 DB squat cleans (50/35)or(95/65)
30 Burpees

Barbell=as written
DB=as written
KB=KB taters
Sandbag=15 sandbag clean to squat
NO EQUIPMENT=30 stick jumps

Reminder. We are testing out new zoom times this week. Mon-Fri 6:30 10am and 4:30 5:30pm. IF YOU HAVEN’T DONE A ZOOM CLASS YET…..DO IT!!!! WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING?!
