WE NEED 2 JUDGES FOR TOMORROW. WE HAD SOME LAST MINUTE BACK OUT. ANYONE WILLING TO JUDGE PLEASES LET ME KNOW ASAP!!!

Anniversary party is tomorrow! Its going to be a blood bath!!!!! Here is the workout again in case you forgot

200 cal assault bike (alternate guy girl in 1 min sections until finished)
100 Thrusters (115/75)
40 Muscle ups
50 Synchronized overhead lunges
50 Synchronized bumper plate burpees
800m plate run (together)
each person is responsible for one of these movements
20 Tall wallballs
20 Box jump overs (30/24)
20 Strict HSPU
20 Chest to bar
20 Toes to bar
20 Alternating pistols
20 KB swings (70/53)
20 Situps
80 Double unders
Run 800 (together no plate)
80 Sled pushes
200 Calories assault bike (same manner as before)

Workout starts at 11, potluck and raffle afterwards. We have some pretty sweet stuff to raffle off. We hope you bring your favorite dish to share. We will see everyone down tomorrow!!!!!!
