50 Box jump (24/20)
50 Jumping pullups
50 KB swings (35/26)
50 Walking lunges
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press 45#
50 Back extension or goodmornings
50 Wallball (20/14)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
*Ideally do this in order but if there is a back up you can go to the next thing. You must finish with wallballs, burpees, then double unders
