50 Double unders
8 Power snatch (115/75)
40 Double unders
6 Power snatch (115/75)
30 Double unders
4 Power snatch (115/75)
20 Double unders
2 Power snatch (115/75)
10 Double unders
then
3 min max reps lateral burpee bar hops
Ask coach: Spend 15 min working on full snatch technique only go up in weight if your technique is perfect. For the metcon only use a weight that allows a proper power snatch , not a muscle snatch. As soon as you finish the last 10 double unders go immediately into the burpees, goal is 50+
