35 Double unders
6 DB squat cleans (50/35) or barbell (95/65)
4 strict handstand pushups or 7 DB push press or 7 hand release pushups
*Barbell only= as written
*DB only = DB squat cleans
*KB only = 7 KB taters / 7 KB push press
*NO EQUIPMENT = 7 Quarantinies 7 Hand release pushups
