Work up to a heavy single for the day (7 second pause at bottom 15 sec at top)
3×3@85% (7 sec pause at bottom 15 at too)
In teams of 2:
AMRAP 15 min:
40 Muscle ups or 120 Pullups
40 Squat clean to overhead (165/115)
