1 min: 30 seconds max bench press or DB pushups
1 min: 30 seconds max see the light situps w/DB
3 rounds:
Run 400m
10 Devils press (50/35)
@15 min:
AMRAP 10 min:
DB front squats (50/35)
DB power cleans (50/35)
*Barbell only=barebell bench. 10 burpees 10 power snatch 95
*DB = as written
*KB= 20 KB swings/
*NO EQUIOPMENT= 12 Burpee over object instead of devils press. Jumping air squats/clapping pushups
