Come and try out Crossfit Danville for FREE the week of January 12th – January 18th!*
Come in any day, or every day, at no charge to see if CFD is the right place for you to start out your year and achieve all of your fitness goals! Our classes will be programmed as normal with a cross-section of warm up, strength, met cons, instruction and mobility. They are appropriate for any fitness level and we welcome everyone to come and try it out! Classes are available at 5:30, 6:30, 9:30, 10:30am and 4:30, 5:30, 6:30 and 7:30pm.
CFD Members: Feel free to bring in family or friends during the week to any or all of our regularly scheduled classes! Don’t worry, this is the week after PR week, so our guests will be able to get great workouts in no matter their fitness skill level. We have such a fantastic community at CFD and sincerely appreciate when our members recommend our services to their friends. There is no greater compliment to us, as coaches and box owners! If you know someone that you think will love CFD as much as we all do, please bring them in with you during the week of the 12th through the 18th!
