In teams of 2:
3 rounds for time and for total rounds:
Run 800m
Max rounds:
5 Strict handstand pushups
5 Toes to rings
5 Box jump overs (30/24)
*Partner A does an 800m run and B works on the AMRAP. Once A gets back from the run they pick up where B leaves off and B does their 800m. Repeat that pattern for 3 rounds each. So you will be running a mile and a half
