16 Push-ups hands on DBs
10 rounds (5 each)
8 DB Clean and jerk (50/35)
8 Strict Handstand puhsups
10 rounds (5 each)
4 Devils press (50/35)
4 Ring muscle ups
*Parnter A does 16 deadlifts and 16 pushups, then B does 16&16. Repeat that for 5 rounds each then move on to 5 each of clean and jerk and handstand pushups
