4 cycles of:
EMOM 9 min:
1 min: Max calories (30′ shuttle runs if no cardio equipment)
1 min: Max bar facing burpees
1 min: Max double unders
Rest 3 min between rounds
*This takes 45 minutes. 9 min of work 3 min of rest 4 times through. Goal is to stay consistent on each 9 min chunk. Super cool actual prize if you can keep 20/15 cals 15 bfb and 90 dubs!
