*If you have a barbell and weights then pick a heavy weight for the 7.
**If you have DBs or KBs then bump the reps up to 10-15 reps
***NO equipment = 7-15 strict handstand pushups
1 min: Max reps DB/KB snatch to front squat (1rep= snatch + squat)
1 min: Max reps DB/KB hang clean to lunge (1 rep=clean+lunge)
1 min: Max reps burpee+1s (1 rep=burpee+pushup)
1 min: Rest
*Barbell only=75/55 and same movement patterns
*DB/KBs only=do it as written
*Wallball only= medball ground to overhead + goblet squat/ medball clean+lunge
*Sandbag only= 1 min: sandbag clean 1 min: sandbag lunges
*NO equipment = 1 min: wall climb 1 min: lunge + lunge + squat
